March 1 Primaries and the No. 1 Issue Facing Our Republic: Sticking Your Nose Into The Stink

Can any single issue be more important to tomorrow’s (March 1, 2016) Super Tuesday primary vote than the nomination and confirmation of the Associate Justice to replace Antonin Scalia? If you haven’t had time to give it much thought –– other life is happening besides politics, the answer is ‘no,’ nothing is more important. If illegal immigration is your burning concern, a sitting Supreme Court Justice’s vote will eventually make the critical decision. If ObamaCare is your greatest concern, a sitting Supreme Court Justice will make the critical decision. In today’s beastly political environment, every prime issue is ending up at the Supreme Court and SCOTUS is making too many decisions, and making law as well. The the confirmation of the man or woman to receive a lifetime appointment to the Court is crucial. We are one Court vote away from disaster, including losing our Second Amendment rights. Without the Second Amendment the First Amendment is only words on an ancient piece of parchment. Please, please take part in the life or death of our democracy. If your candidate is no longer in the running, our country needs your vote. If your candidate is still running but hasn’t a chance to win the necessary delegates, our country needs your vote for one of the top three. It’s stinky business but stick our noses into the stink, we must.

Hillary Clinton and Vince Foster

Hillary Clinton and Vince Foster

Vince Foster: A ‘Smoking Gun’ in the death of Hillary Clinton’s law partner? Foster, Hillary’s close friend, was found dead (suicide) in Ft. Marcy Park, in McLean, Virginia years ago.The obvious questions: How could a suicide victim be found with two wounds – a .38-caliber gunshot into the mouth that exited through his head and another woundon the right side of his neck that one of the paramedics described as a small-caliber bullet hole? And why would the government investigators go to great lengths to cover it up? Read the full story at WND

In Little Rock, Arkansas, they were partners in a law firm while Bill Clinton was governor of the state. And, naturally, when the Clintons moved to the White House, Vince Foster came, too. It was unusual for Hillary to have such a close friendship with a man. Since her school days, she had operated most easily among women; and when it came to appointing her own staff at the White House, she chose 29 women and one man. …

Hillary used to say he reminded her of Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch in To Kill A Mockingbird – reserved, upright and dependable. “People gravitated to Vince because he was a world-class listener,” recalled a former Little Rock lawyer. “Women were drawn to him not just because he was smart and handsome, but because he seemed to keep secrets.” At the funeral for Hillary’s father, who died during the Clintons’ first term at the White House, it was on Foster’s shoulder that the First Lady rested her slightly over-large head.

Inevitably, this intimate gesture added fuel to rumors that they were – or at least had been – romantically involved. After all, Bill Clinton had been seeking his pleasures elsewhere – so why not Hillary? Aware of all the talk even before his arrival in Washington, Foster himself raised the subject in his first meeting with the man who would be his immediate boss, White House counsel Bernie Nussbaum. There was no truth in the rumor, said Foster. And when his wife, Lisa, was asked about it later, she insisted: “I don’t think Hillary would do it. I think, in a lot of ways, he felt sort of protective of her.” Hillary had long relied on Foster as a confidant, telling him before Bill’s inauguration that, despite being an unelected spouse, she was going to “take command” and be “involved in this presidency” – a conversation he recorded in a journal. In turn, he idolized her. More at America Freedom Fighter

Bill Clinton, Claudio Osorio, InnoVida: Hillary Clinton provided Osorio a path to a $10 million loan from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), a federal agency “under the guidance of the State Department.” A memo went out from OPIC with this assurance: “U.S. persons of

political influencethat are able to assist in advancing [Osario’s] plans.” In one day’s time, the OPIC loan was a done deal. Osorio would build “post disaster” houses in Haiti, using interlocking panels. He donated a large sum of money to the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton Foundation planned to purchase 6,500 homes built by Osorio.

Bill Clinton spoke at Osorio’s home during a 2007 fundraiser for Hillary’s 2008 presidential campaign.

The Osorios gave the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee over $90,000 between 2008 and 2009 and chipped in thousands to Obama campaign during the President’s 2008 run. (Osorio’s wife,) Amarilis also gave big to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, with over $45,000 in late 2009 and early 2010, and the Democratic National Committee, with almost $60,000 in 2008 and 2010. Source.

No (zero) houses were built in Haiti. No matter how you look at it, OPIC is federal and the $10 million came from the pockets of tax payers.

In 2013, Osorio was sentenced to 12 years in prison for wire fraud and money laundering connected to the Haiti house-building scam. He was accused of cheating investors out of $40 million, using the money to pay for a Maserati, his Miami mansion, and a ski chalet in Colorado. …

The State Department declined to comment specifically on whether Clinton directed any department resources to support InnoVida. Read the whole story at FreeBeacon

Philadelphia hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1952

Democrat Governance – a story to curl your hair and toes:

These four separate craters were man made, or to be honest, created by a bunch of government union drones, not refilled with blacktop or marked with an orange cone. The question is whether this is utter incompetence, blatant indifference, spite or a business transaction between government drones and local tire dealers. Luckily, government traffic engineers have been too swamped to properly time the lights on Chestnut Street for the last 20 years, so no one can travel faster than 15 mph anyway. Government lessens the pain of their ineptitude through their ineptitude in another area. They call that a win win in Philly. As the light at 57th and Chestnut remains on blinking yellow for a week, it makes you wonder what pressing issues are occupying the fine highly compensated union Streets employees.

I’ve now been navigating the crumbling ghetto of West Philly for the last ten years. I can without equivocation state I have not seen one new private business open its doors on Chestnut Street, in Mantua, or any other area I travel in West Philly during the entirety of those ten years. The existing businesses – nail and hair salons, fast food joints, bars, liquor stores, porn video outlets, smoke shops, car washes, more bars, and hysterically tax return offices (earned income tax credits) – haven’t invested a dime in keeping up their appearances. Maybe they used all their spare cash to sure up the bars on their windows and the roll down steel gates necessary to keep the upstanding neighborhood honor student juveniles from having a little fun. The Oscars: Sure the Academy is racist, but in a “sorority kind of way,” cause “Rhonda, you’re not a Kappa.” Remember the time when blacks “had real things to protest?” Is the real joke on Chris Rock?

Liberals Protest Their Own Culture of Racism and Sexual Assault at Oscars: … Well, maybe we should consider that Blacks already have numerous awards (that’s a short list) that are open ONLY to Black people. Of course, somehow, these Black actors and actresses are “heroes“. See the list at Pirate’s Cove

“Citizenship Clinics” popping up across the country. We heard about the “naturalization blitz” in Nevada (led by the SEIU Union), trying to naturalize latinos before the November elections. How do we free-up enough government workers to administer so many tests before voting day? You know, our government is very, very busy. A Los Angeles Bishop is “offering practical assistance.”

Los Angeles Archbishop Jose Gomez and other Southern California bishops announced Saturday that they will help 2.4 million legal permanent residents become citizens by offering practical assistance.

The Catholic Church and other religious groups have been the single most helpful intermediaries in the movement to help illegal immigrants.

The church says their struggle is about the people not politics but their rush to push the 2.4 million towards citizenship will be in time for the November elections.

California is already lost but there are still some Republicans to wipe out.

They made their statements at a summit of 400 parish leaders across Southern California where they discussed the “broken immigration system”. They did not discuss the fact that Obama broke it. Read more at Independent Sentinel

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration, it takes six months to a year if those seeking citizenship are already a legal, permanent citizen and have established residency.
